The key to achieving a successful development in Buckley Town Centre will lie in strong partnership working between the public and private sector.  Flintshire County Council, will play a vital role in providing strategic direction and are committed to ensuring that the quality of services meets with the aspirations to transform the Town Centre. ‘The Buckley Investment Strategy’ presented a series of recommendation for the regeneration of Buckley in the near term:


  • Broaden reasons to go to Buckley

  • Focus on increasing activity in the existing town centre footprint, rather than expanding the footprint
